Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Computer Support Analyst for the Center for Information Systems Security program in Reston, VA. The role offers growth in networking and system administration with shifts that support the NOC in Chantilly and occasional travel to Washington, D.C.

The position requires a BS degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience (or a related Masters) and Final Top Secret clearance. You will troubleshoot Windows Server, GOTS/COTS, Dell hardware, and participate in Tier 2/3 support

Qualifications

Typically requires BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years experience.
Team leadership experience.
Final Top Secret clearance.
Experience with Windows Server administration tools: WSUS, Group Policy, Active Directory, RDP, etc.
Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022/2025 troubleshooting.
GOTS/COTS application installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
Dell hardware installation/configuration/troubleshooting.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 support with majority Tier 2.
Datacenter physical and logical troubleshooting.
Proactive team player with strong communication, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Performs integration of new hardware and software into production environment to ensure mission readiness.
Manages change controls for CMDB documentation and remediate discrepancies.
Develops technical solutions and resolves complex issues across users, servers, networks, appliances, and apps; documents solutions in knowledge base and ticketing system.
Reviews Network Monitoring System data, audits systems, assesses risks, and remediates incidents.
After training, acts as an expert in assigned area, analyzes issues, makes remediation recommendations, and carries out actions.
