Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Computer Support Analyst for the Center for Information Systems Security (CISS) in the Washington, DC area, supporting NOC operations from Chantilly, VA. The role offers growth across networking, systems administration, and more, with travel to DC as needed.

You will perform integration of new systems, manage CMDB changes, and monitor network data to ensure mission readiness. A TS clearance is required, with BS or higher and several years of experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with <2 years.
• High school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience acceptable.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Final Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Windows Server administration tools: WSUS, Group Policy, Active Directory, RDP.
• Troubleshooting Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022/2025.
• GOTS/COTS application installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Dell hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Tier 2 Help Desk with some Tier 3 support (75%/25%).
• Datacenter physical and logical troubleshooting.
• Proactive team player with strong communication, management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrates new COTS/GOTS systems into production to ensure mission readiness.
• Manages change controls in CMDB and corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Develops technical solutions and records them in a knowledge base and tickets.
• Reviews data from a Network Monitoring System and audits systems for risks.
• Becomes program expert on assigned equipment and conducts remediation per plan.
