Insight Global seeks a full-time Desktop Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and remedial maintenance on standard desktop devices and supporting hardware across sites. Qualifications

• 1 year of IT experience required.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware technology (computers, printers, etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and remedial maintenance for desktop devices and supporting hardware.
• Maintain inventory at minimum levels to prevent obsolescence of spare parts.
• Service a variety of PC systems, printers, scanners, cameras, headsets, card readers, projectors, and KVM switches.
• Follow OEM maintenance recommendations and participate in asset management.
