Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a part-time Hardware Technician to support handheld devices, mobile printers, tablets, and peripherals used in day-to-day operations. You will diagnose hardware issues and perform repairs on-site during business hours.

This role requires on-call availability nights and weekends within 1 hour of notification, with approximately 15-20 hours per week. Candidates should be reliable, able to work independently, and have a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

Job description

This role is critical to ensuring continuous operation of essential hardware systems such as handheld devices, mobile printers, tablets, and related peripherals used in day to day operations by the client.

The technician will provide direct, in-person support for hardware troubleshooting and repair, maintenance, and replacement during business hours. In addition, this position, and/or designated backup, must be have on-call availability on nights and weekends to respond to critical events within 1 hour of notification. The technician will work approximately 15-20 hours per week with on call availability on nights/weekends

• Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve hardware failures
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
