Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to perform hardware repair and basic to moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops. The role involves client interaction, adherence to service levels, and timely issue resolution across various sites.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, reporting, maintaining equipment assets, and complying with safety and company policies. Some travel and overnight assignments may be required in different geographies.

Qualifications

• Education and certification: technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• OEM certifications may be required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined by guidelines
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies
• Follow established policies and guidelines for client delivery
• Ensure asset and inventory control through prompt parts turnaround
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Follow safety policies and guidelines daily
• Additional requirements may exist if employment is extended
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
