We are seeking a skilled PC Maintenance Technician to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. This role involves documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.

• PAY RANGE: $25.00

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Perform routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software, hardware, or peripherals.
• Contact and coordinate with hardware or software vendors for service when necessary.
• Install computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new employees.
• Install new software packages and upgrades.
• May control password assignment.
• May assist in developing system documentation and procedure manuals as required.
• May facilitate and conduct training sessions for company employees on software/hardware systems operation.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent preferred.
• General knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operating systems preferred.
