Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops, and to provide direct client support on-site or remotely as needed.

The role involves driving to client locations, maintaining OEM certifications, and lifting equipment up to 50 lbs while following safety guidelines. Strong communication skills and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent. 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients about technical issues.
• Must maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within the SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Report activity accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow policies and guidelines for successful service delivery.
• Respect safety policies and work within daily guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and parts turnaround as required.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
