Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to personally connect with customers, expand Spectrum’s high‑speed data and communication solutions, and drive growth in assigned neighborhoods. You will build relationships, present tailored proposals, and close deals while maintaining strong product knowledge.

You’ll travel to customer sites, work evenings and weekends, and leverage incentives to exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Engaging interpersonal skills and drive to succeed
• Ability to listen, assess needs, and tailor pitches
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work flexible hours
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfort with computer systems and devices used in sales
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings
• Conduct needs analyses and tailor recommendations
• Present compelling proposals aligned with customer needs
• Complete sales documentation including orders and reporting
• Participate in sales meetings and training to reach team goals
• Hit monthly targets across Spectrum services
• Monitor competitors’ activity and report insights
