Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high‑speed data and communication solutions. You will meet prospective residential customers face‑to‑face, assess needs, and present tailored proposals that align with what Spectrum offers in Internet, TV, mobile and voice services.

This field role is 90% outdoors, requires travel and a valid driver’s license, and includes a base salary plus lucrative incentives that can push total

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals that meet customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation including orders and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report findings.
