Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls.
• Greet showroom customers and guide to departments.
• Manage front desk and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate with internet customers via phone, email, text.
• Respond promptly to internet leads and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for showroom visits and test drives.
• Maintain customer databases to encourage repeat business.
• Track lead sources and marketing efforts.
• Keep website inventory and specs current.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
