Job summary

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln in Union, NJ is seeking a Business Development Center Internet Sales Representative to promptly respond to internet leads, confirm sales appointments, and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.

BDC Representatives aim to generate repeat business by contacting current customers and logging sources, reporting to the Internet Sales Director, and supporting both sales and service processes with strong communication and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience handling internet leads and showroom visits.
• Ability to manage a group in a call-center environment.
• Experience developing interview processes for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and measure internet and BDC processes for sales and service.
• Manage a group of customer service representatives in a call center environment.
• Develop and maintain new hire and interview processes for all BDC reps/appointment coordinators.
• Cultivate engaged staff and retain current clientele through effective communication.
• Answer product and service questions received via phone and internet.
• Contribute to high CSI scores and the company’s overall performance.
