Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue in the Morehead, KY area.

This role offers uncapped commission and a first-year compensation plan of $55,000 to $95,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(k) and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.
• BYOD policy compliance.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement as required.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in the designated territory.
• Cold calling & prospecting to grow a book of business.
• Planning & priority setting to drive weekly growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate value of American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records and report cost-savings to customers.
