The Recruiting Hive is partnering with a premier regional facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, Illinois. This BC/BE opportunity offers a generous compensation package and a flexible schedule with options like 7-on/7-off, alternate-week, or commuter rotations.

Enjoy expansive surgical infrastructure, a broad ENT scope, and an established referral network designed to support a high-volume practice. Board certification and IL licensure are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical interventions across a broad practice scope.
• Operate in state-of-the-art surgical suites at multiple sites with expansion plans.
• Design a flexible schedule, including 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations.
• Collaborate with internal referral networks for high-volume patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for encounters and follow-up.
