You will engage with customers across departments, handle inquiries, and ensure merchandise is easy to locate and replenished. The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and delivering a friendly in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smart phones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
