Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and basic arithmetic.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to boost service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe work).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
