Altec Industries, Inc. is seeking a Tools & Accessories Sales Support to assist Supply Account Managers with price quotes, order entry, and technical product support. The role involves maintaining order histories and supporting the outside sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse for on-time shipments, handling inquiries, and managing billing discrepancies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years industry-specific or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare price quotes, order entry, and technical support for customers and Account Managers.
• Maintain account history for each order.
• Support outside sales team.
• Maintain customer and competitor history files.
• Assist in tracking shipments and other inquiries such as back orders or billing discrepancies.
• Work with customers to obtain billing information, quotes, and orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure critical orders ship on time.
• Handle calls routed from the Call Center.
• All other duties as assigned.
