Qualifications

• Lead tooling shift activities and coordinate technician work.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molds.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve tooling reliability.
• Communicate tooling status and priorities to maintenance leadership and production teams.
• 3–5 years of experience in mold troubleshooting, injection molding, or tooling maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead tooling technicians in mold troubleshooting and safe practices.
• Coordinate mold maintenance, changes, inspections, and PM.
• Support tooling readiness for production and new projects.
• Maintain tooling records, downtime logs, and shift handover docs.
• Manage parts ordering and tooling inventory; address cost improvements.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
