Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions, inspection procedures, safety requirements, and quality guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and process concerns.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Injection molding experience preferred for Level 2 and considered an asset for Level 1.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines and related equipment to meet production goals.
• Perform visual inspections, quality checks, packaging, labeling and documentation.
• Supply materials and manage inventory following traceability requirements.
• Identify, isolate and report non-conforming materials or quality concerns.
• Follow safety, GMP, and 5S housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Level 2: assist with startups, shutdowns, changeovers, troubleshooting and training.
