Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a skilled Mold Shop professional to actively facilitate preventive maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of plastic injection molds.

You will coordinate tooling equipment and personnel to meet production schedules, reduce downtime, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across the shop floor. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong teamwork. Eligible for travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related to mold making preferred.
• 3-5 years of Tool Room/Mold Shop experience.
• 1-3 years of CNC programming experience.
• 1-3 years of CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily activities of personnel and tooling equipment.
• Operate tool equipment safely.
• Mentor and lead personnel on proper processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot mold issues and communicate with NPD on effective methods.
• Apply best machining and production practices.
• Maintain mold history docs in the EAM system.
• Follow safety programs and company policies.
• Promote continuous improvement and 5S/CI activities.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability as part of the team.
