AppleOne Employment Services in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temp‑to‑hire role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize injection molding, packaging, and automation systems to maximize uptime and safety.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and documenting work orders in CMMS, while collaborating with production and leadership to improve equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in industrial maintenance and equipment repair.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with injection molding, packaging, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to document history and update maintenance records.
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of LOTO procedures.
Responsabilités
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on molding, packaging, and automation equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic issues.
- Update work orders and maintenance history in CMMS.
- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability.
