Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
1–2 years of manufacturing, tooling, maintenance, or injection molding experience preferred.
Working knowledge of injection molding machines and mold setup procedures.
Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, machine shop equipment, and industrial maintenance.
Basic rigging skills for handling molds and mold plates.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE; overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform mold changeovers per production schedules to minimize downtime.
Safely set, remove, tag, store, clean, and inspect molds and tooling components.
Verify mold alignment and related systems before startup.
Support mold technicians and maintenance with troubleshooting and repairs.
Maintain maintenance and tooling records in the CMMS.
Adhere to safety procedures, GMPs, and quality standards.
