Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a mold maker to actively facilitate preventive maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of plastic injection molds. You will coordinate tooling equipment and personnel to meet production schedules and reduce unplanned downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years in Tool Room/Mold Shop and 1–3 years of CNC programming and CAD experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and process mentoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; engineering degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related Tool Room/Mold Shop experience.
• 1–3 years of CNC programming and CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily activities of personnel and tooling equipment.
• Operate tool equipment safely.
• Mentor and lead personnel to follow proper processes.
• Troubleshoot mold issues and communicate with new product development.
