Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set role expectations and provide ongoing feedback and performance appraisals.
• Develop and mentor team members; provide leadership and resolve conflicts.
• Champion safety and drive timely decisions and recommendations.
• Provide input for cost estimates and oversee project labor budgets.
• Resource planning and labor forecasting to support programs.
