Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years aerospace/manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of management or lead experience.
• U.S. Government Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience in machining/tool fabrication, flight hardware production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 5 to 20 hourly employees, analysts or level 1 managers.
• Oversee machining/tool fabrication across programs and staffing actions.
• Manage program performance, budgets, and risk with timely mitigations.
• Promote Lean and share lessons learned across the organization.
