Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Tool Engineering 3 as a Control Account Manager in Palmdale, CA. You will lead tooling cost performance, coordinate with IPT leadership, and deliver executive briefings.

This role requires a Bachelor's, or higher, with 7+ years of experience in tooling or manufacturing, and an active U.S. Secret Clearance. Relocation assistance and a 9/80 schedule may be available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in tooling, manufacturing/operations or related field.
• 7 years of professional experience in tooling, manufacturing/operations or related field; or Master’s with 5 years; or PhD with 2 years.
• 3 years of proven experience leading teams or projects.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance and ability to obtain/maintain the Secret Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of staff and performance management.
• CAM responsibility for all program tooling costs and EVMS compliance.
• Coordinate with IPT leadership to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Prepare data and leadership briefings on tooling cost performance.
• Manage indirect and capital budgets and procurement activities.
