Challenge Manufacturing is hiring a Tool Crib Attendant for our Spartanburg, SC plant on a 3rd shift (9:30 PM – 5:30 AM), Sunday through Thursday. You will receive, store, and issue hand tools, machine tools, and materials, while maintaining accurate records and inventory integrity.

You will handle cycle counts, labeling, and security of tools, and ensure safety compliance and housekeeping. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a forklift license obtainable, and prior RF scan gun

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain a Powered Industrial Truck license.
• Related experience or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Prior experience with RF scan guns.
• Online data base systems knowledge.
• Mechanical background helpful.

Mansioni

• Receives, stores, and issues tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintains records of tool/equipment issued and returned.
• Cycle Count daily/weekly and report differences.
• Repackage items for disbursement and/or assemble kits/tools.
• Inspect tools and equipment for defects and wear and report issues.
• Operate scanner/PC for sign-out of tools and ensure proper labeling.
