Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a tool crib attendant for the 3rd shift (9:30 PM – 5:30 AM) at the Spartanburg, SC plant. You will receive, store, and issue tools, maintain inventory, and support safety and quality policies while contributing to on-time customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to obtain a Powered Industrial Truck license. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Basic math, Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with inventory systems are needed.
• Experience with RF scanning tools and warehouse software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue hand tools, machine tools, and materials.
• Maintain tool crib security and inventory accuracy; rotate stock.
• Perform cycle counts and record discrepancies per schedule.
• Assist with packing, shipping, and delivery of items to other facilities.
