Job summary

Cambro NC facility seeks a Tool Crib Coordinator to manage inventory, stock materials, and support manufacturing operations. You will perform physical inventory checks, receive and distribute parts, and maintain accurate records in EAM and Excel.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in inventory management, strong math and communication skills, and a forklift/industrial equipment comfort level. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year related inventory management experience or training.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid mathematical skills applicable to inventory management.
• Ability to learn Cambro's computerized maintenance management software (EAM).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform physical inventory checks.
• Locate parts from inventory for work orders.
• Maintain inventory stock records.
• Enter data in EAM and MS Excel.
• Receive, stock, and distribute materials and tools for manufacturing.
• Maintain stock areas and related documents.
• Process requisitions and manage re-order levels.
• Operate forklifts/scissor lifts as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and attend safety meetings.
