Challenge Manufacturing seeks a Warehouse Associate for our Spartanburg, SC plant on the 3rd shift (9:30 PM–5:30 AM). You will receive, store, issue tools and equipment, and help maintain a secure, organized tool crib while supporting safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory reconciliation in Plex, and assisting team members with sign-out and tool issuance. Prior experience with RF scanners and PIT license is preferred; basic Excel/Word skills are required.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to safely perform duties.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and attention to detail are essential.

Mansioni

• Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools, equipment, and materials.
• Matches incoming parts to packing slips and stores items properly.
• Rotates stock, maintains inventory, and notifies supervisor of out-of-stock items.
