Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a Tool Crib Coordinator for our North Carolina facility. The role focuses on receiving, stocking, and issuing tools and equipment, performing routine ordering, requisitions, and delivery tasks, and supporting maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, inventory experience, and the ability to run reports, use EAM/CMMS software, and operate forklifts/scissor lifts. Safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year related inventory management experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to run reports and communicate information effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong mathematical concepts in relation to inventory management (fractions, percentages, ratios).
• Fundamental knowledge of plane and solid geometry.
• Ability to learn Cambro’s EAM software.
• Experience or ability to learn to operate forklift, scissor lift, etc.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and issue tools and equipment.
• Perform routine ordering, requisitions, and delivery support.
• Maintain stock areas and organize inventory storage.
• Enter data in EAM and MS Excel; ensure accuracy of records.
• Maintain documentation for parts, tools, and equipment distribution.
• Inspect items and verify conformance to specifications.
• Support requisition activities and reorder triggers.
• Maintain attendance and teamwork; follow safety procedures.
