Challenge Manufacturing is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Spartanburg, SC. You will supervise maintenance activities, coach staff, and ensure preventive maintenance is executed on schedule to support production.

The role emphasizes a strong safety culture, accuracy, and cross-functional teamwork, with opportunities to mentor others and improve plant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED with maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving, accuracy, and reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance processes with detailed accuracy and discipline.
• Coach and assist employees with problem solving and training records.
• Ensure preventive maintenance activities are performed on time.
• Conduct toolbox talks daily to ensure proper communication.
• Monitor safety, quality, performance and attendance per policy.
