Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders before pickup.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone professionally.
• Resolve order concerns quickly with leadership when needed.
• Ensure guests feel appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work with Front of House team to support smooth service.
