Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure off-premise orders receive the same care as in-dining guests. You will greet guests, process orders, and coordinate with the Front of House team to maintain a seamless pickup experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills to a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with schedules and ongoing training are offered as part of growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and patient demeanor.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members.
• Adherence to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation and 18+ for FOH roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone professionally.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Collaborate with Front of House team to support smooth service.
