Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a friendly To-Go Specialist to ensure that every off-premise order receives the same care as in-restaurant dining. You’ll greet guests, review orders, process payments, and keep a clean, stocked to-go area while delivering warm hospitality.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within our growing brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more a day.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirement for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
