Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver the same warm hospitality for off-premise orders as in-restaurant dining. You will greet guests, ensure accurate orders, and handle payments via POS while maintaining a tidy To-Go area.

The role emphasizes clear communication, guest-focused service, and teamwork with the Front of House staff, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
• Guest-oriented mindset
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service
