Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure off-premise orders receive the same care as dine-in experiences. You’ll greet guests, take and review orders, process payments, and maintain a pristine To-Go area while upholding hospitality standards.

Role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork with Front of House, and dedication to guest satisfaction, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth as the chain expands.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
