Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a leader to oversee the Food Lion To Go operations at the Mint Hill store. You will hire, train and develop department associates, ensuring smooth online order processing and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate schedules, oversee performance, and drive adherence to food safety, sanitation and company policies while aiming to meet financial targets and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to schedule and manage department workloads.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards.
• Willingness to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Food Lion To Go operations, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates and provide ongoing performance management.
• Maintain effective work schedules for To Go associates to meet online order demand.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Guiding Principles and Core Values.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure freshness and stock integrity.
