Qualifications

• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques.

• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Certified Food Safety Manager or ability to obtain within 90 days; accreditation maintained while employed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food Lion To Go operations, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise performance and conduct formal appraisals for direct reports.
• Maintain effective work schedules for To Go associates to meet online order demand.
• Promote a culture aligned with Guiding Principles and Core Values.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; control costs and manage inventory.
