Job summary

Blue Engine is seeking a Manager of Program Implementation in Tennessee who delivers high-quality RTI²-A+B support across LEAs, diagnoses needs, and co-develops support plans with district and school leaders. The role involves facilitating professional learning, building practical tools, and coaching teams toward stronger systems and inclusive instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact on student outcomes.
• 1+ years of coaching teachers; experience with inclusive instruction and data-driven intervention strongly preferred.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with educators and leaders across varied contexts.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and project-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Develop understanding of LEA context, priorities, and implementation challenges.
• Design and deliver professional learning and collaborative communities.
• Build and adapt tools and resources for RTI²-A+B guidance.
• Coach leaders and educators to strengthen inclusive instruction and systems.
