Job summary

Blue Engine in Tennessee seeks a Manager of Program Implementation to oversee technical assistance across multiple LEAs, with up to 60% travel within East, Middle, and West Tennessee. You will diagnose implementation needs, design support plans, deliver professional learning, coach educators, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to strengthen RTI²-A+B and inclusive instruction.

Rolling start with target December 2026, Level 2 responsibilities, and a pathway to advance within a statewide

Qualifications

• K–12 teaching experience with impact on student outcomes.
• 1+ year coaching teachers; experience in special education, multilingual education preferred.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with educators and leaders across varied contexts.
• Strong facilitation and clear communication tailored to audiences.
• Ability to analyze data to inform technical assistance and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Develop diagnostics and identify root causes at district, school, team, and classroom levels.
• Co-develop clear support plans with LEA and school leaders, including milestones and evidence of progress.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and collaborative professional communities for local contexts.
• Coach educators on RTI²-A+B implementation and inclusive instruction.
• Manage LEA implementation, progress, and follow-through across schedules and commitments.
