Job summary

Blue Engine is seeking a Manager of Program Implementation – Tennessee to deliver high-quality technical assistance across Tennessee LEAs. You will diagnose needs, develop support plans, facilitate learning, and coach educators to strengthen RTI²-A+B systems and inclusive instruction.

The role requires 3+ years K–12 teaching experience, strong facilitation and data-analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with travel across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• K–12 Experience: 3+ years of teaching with impact, plus coaching experience.
• Cultivating rapport and connection with educators across contexts.
• Facilitation and clear communication tailored to audiences.
• Data analysis and synthesis to inform decisions.
• Project management across multiple partners and priorities.
• Identify and solve inefficiencies in systems and processes.
• Functional expertise in inclusive instruction and RTI/MTSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, materials, data collection, documentation, and follow-up for LEAs.
• Monitor progress and adjust technical assistance based on implementation and data.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and collaborative communities.
• Coach educators and leaders on RTI²-A+B practices and teamwork.
• Strengthen relationships among Tier I, II, III supports, and access to grade-level learning.
