Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across project workstreams, including market sizing, business model development, quantitative modeling, survey design, and go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives; develop project storylines and deliver high-impact presentations and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Direct, delegate to, and mentor teams of Analysts and Consultants; conduct quality assurance on quantitative models and qualitative findings.
• Support business development through domain expertise and participate in recruiting, DE&I initiatives, and mentoring programs.
