Job summary

Tabush Group in New York, NY is seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our Client Services team as a strategic IT advisor (vCTO) for our clients, building strong relationships with key decision makers and ensuring we meet service delivery expectations.

This role requires 6+ years in MSP or managed IT with client-facing experience, advising on IT architecture and cybersecurity, managing projects, time tracking, reporting, and pipeline oversight while traveling to client sites in the NYC metro

Qualifications

6+ years in an MSP, managed IT, or co-managed IT with 3+ years in a client-facing role.
Experience advising decision makers on IT architecture and cybersecurity strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: act as a vCTO for clients and translate IT needs into business solutions.
Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and monitor satisfaction.
Advocacy: escalate service delivery issues to meet client and internal expectations.
Project Oversight: ensure resources and information are available for project success.
Reporting & Administration: time tracking, reporting, change management, lifecycle planning, PS pipeline oversight.
