Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in strategy or deal advisory.
• MBA preferred in Accounting/Analytics/Finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory initiatives across M&A, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Analyze market trends and develop frameworks for client decisions.
• Guide teams through complex transactions and manage client accounts.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality delivery.
