Job summary

Seattle Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center PLLC is seeking a TMS Technician/Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care during TMS and Esketamine treatments in our Seattle clinic. You will monitor patients, perform charting in Athena, and support care coordination with the team.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, scheduling help, updating records, and maintaining equipment and supplies. A high school diploma is required; Medical Assistant certification or bachelor’s degree is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year patient care experience preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time Mon-Fri 7am–5pm.
• Experience navigating Athena EMR preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during TMS and Esketamine treatments.
• Monitor patients’ medical symptoms and medications during treatments.
• Perform chart review and accurate documentation in Athena.
• Assist with scheduling, updating patient records, and fielding medication refill requests.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, equipment, and inventory; ensure adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate with care team and escalate concerns to supervisor as needed.
