Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Anchorage, AK seeks a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts, typically 7am-7pm, requiring availability within that window and travel to other centers as needed.

You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor responses, maintain EHRs, and assist with scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred with healthcare experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or associate's degree with relevant work history in patient/customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines and record responses.
• Maintain patient well-being and accurate record-keeping in EHR and scheduling workflows.
• Support operational efficiency, including insurance and billing processes as needed.
