Job summary

SeattleNTC is hiring a TMS Technician/Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care during TMS and Esketamine treatments at SEATTLE and BELLEVUE clinics. You will chart accurately, support patient records, coordinate with the care team, and assist with scheduling and medication refills as needed.

You will monitor patients’ symptoms, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safe treatment delivery while communicating clearly with supervisors and providers.

Qualifications

• Full-time Monday–Friday 7am–5pm availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and/or patient care skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a compassionate environment.
• Assist with TMS/Esketamine treatments and charting.
• Monitor vitals and coordinate with providers.
• Manage scheduling and patient records in Athena.
• Ensure inventory and equipment are clean and functional.
• Communicate with team and supervisors.
