SeattleNTC is seeking a TMS Technician/Medical Assistant to deliver direct patient care, administer TMS and Esketamine treatments, and support the care team. You will document in Athena, coordinate with providers, and assist with scheduling and patient records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients to clinic and creates a compassionate environment.
• Administers TMS treatments and monitors patient symptoms.
• Charts and documents treatments in Athena and patient logs.
• Coordinates care with PCCs and providers; manages scheduling.
