Mindful Behavioral Healthcare in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a TMS/Spravato Scheduler & Treatment Coordinator to coordinate scheduling, intake, insurance verification, and administrative steps for TMS and Spravato services, while supporting a compassionate patient-centered experience.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least 4 years in medical clerical work, strong phone skills, and proficiency with EHR systems, to ensure timely appointments and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 4 years of clerical/administrative experience in a medical setting.
• Strong phone communication and customer-service skills.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and basic word-processing software.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to follow workflows.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and provide information on TMS, Spravato, and services.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Document call information per policies.
• Conduct and document orientations or consultations in the EHR.
• Record patient history and eligibility for TMS/Spravato.
• Verify benefits and assist with pre-authorization requests.
• Assist in administering TMS sessions per protocols.
• Handle room preparation and scheduling support for Spravato.
• Scan referrals and maintain accurate patient records.
