Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare/psychology education a plus
• Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Must be able to travel between clinic locations in the Houston area
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support TMS and Spravato treatment services and patient workflows
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and schedules
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and staff to ensure a positive patient experience
• Maintain patient documentation accurately in the EHR
• Manage scheduling, reminder calls, and patient follow-ups
• Travel between FW, MC, SL, and PL clinics as needed
